Q: QuestionHow long is the cord on this toaster oven? The overall size is perfect for the space I have, but the cord needs to be at least 24 inches (2 ft.) to reach the outlet.

Q: Question1) What material composition and 2) coatings are used on the INTERIOR racks and surfaces, if any? 3) Is there any nonstick or plastic on the EXTERIOR surfaces of the machine which could off-gas while the unit is heated? Thanks for any feedback.

• A:Answer My toaster oven is steel, no coatings, no plastic in the interior. The knobs and handle contain hard plastic, but their temperatures didn't reach a level where I would expect off-gassing. Some fumes came off when I did the initial heating to drive off manufacturing residue, but not after that.
