Panasonic - FlashXpress 4-Slice Toaster Oven - White

Had the previous version of this model for many years. The new one works just as well. Quick to heat and does a great job, overall.

I don't usually get overly excited about a small appliance, however the Panasonic - FlashXpress 4-Slice Toaster Oven is an exception. I love this toaster oven! It is so quick, as it eliminates the need to preheat, which normally takes awhile for most toaster ovens. Everything I've made has come out perfectly! Toast, English muffins, bagels and rolls all come out great. No uneven browning. I had leftover pizza which I froze. I put a slice in the toaster oven from the frozen state, and it came out just as good as when it was delivered. It truly is a great little appliance!

Super cute! I have this one and the ninja flip but I prefer this one. This one doesn’t get hot to the touch on the outside. When you open the door the grill comes with. I use it for my coffee stands to quickly heat up foods. My bagels are toasted in 2 minutes and my bagel dogs are cooked in 2 minutes. If it has meat I heat it up in the microwave for 30-45 seconds then toast for 2 minutes and it’s perfect!

My previous toaster oven, a Black and Decker CTO4500S, didn't last long and never perform well. So I did some research before making this purchase. This model has owner loyalty I couldn't imagine for a toaster oven/appliance. But now I get it. The controls are push button. No knob twisting and no tick-tick-tick of an unreliable timer. The heat is almost instant. When the heat is on there is a strong light (the infrared heating?) inside the oven. Some say it's too strong and that was my initial impressions. But then I realized that this has been the first time I've been able to tell the browness on toast without opening the door. So I find the light useful. When the heat cycles off, the light goes off too. Then back on when the heat cycles back on. This oven is smaller than most, but that also means it takes up less counter space. It won't do a whole pizza, but it does a great job reheating leftover pieces. The finish is silver color, not stainless steel. So it not as impressive, but easier to keep clean and doesn't show all the fingerprints like SS. The door handle protects your hands well. Like all ovens, the outside gets hot. But not nearly as hot as my previous oven. Best Buy had it on sale. It was the best price I could find at the time. BB shipped it to store quickly and for free. Very satisfied with this purchase and BB.

Best toaster around. I bought 2 in the last 25 years
