Q: QuestionA question was asked about using less oil and cooking smaller amounts. The answer was not adequate... it just says "cook up to....". Please be specific in the least amt of oil that can be used. If less oil is used would the oil overheat?

• A:Answer No...I used the stopwatch on my phone. I does have an easy to use temperature gauge. If there's a downside the cord is kind of short so it has to be near an outlet to use.
