“Does this bread machine have a gluten free program? If so, does making GF bread require removing the paddle?”

Hi! I do not have the manual handy but I am sure if you have a recipe you can make it, this machine is so versatile! Maybe you can google that specific question regarding the paddle, but you can make your own dough (which does not need the paddle) and just bake it or you can do the entire process from mixing to baking all at once. Hope that helps a little!

Sweet 9. Dough 10. Cake 11. Jam 12. Rise 13. Bake 14. Artisan. The paddle will be removed after the cycle has finished.
