Plug iron in and does not turn or heat up. null

Did you press the button that turns on the iron? It's a little round thing just above the fabric settings.

I am afraid I did not run into not turning on problem but once it is on the button to select the choice of settings is little bit difficult to find, so until I did that it did not heat up. I am sure you would have tried different power sources already. May be time to return?
