Can toaster and oven be used at the same time? null

Not really, slider at top switches from toaster to overn and disables the drop down toaster holder. But you can toast and put another slender toast on the grill shelf- you will get differential toasting on the lower piece.

I would not because the heat from one would interfere with the other.
