No. It does not have a fan. Because I did not buy this toaster oven to air fry, I have not used it that way yet. But it is a powerhouse little mighty might where toasting and crispy baking is concerned, I have made egg rolls, chicken wings, and burritos (all frozen pre-made) that come out crispy and delicious. It also makes great toast! I bought this oven because I needed a replacemnent and fit it in a small space. It's good quality and sturdy. I love it!
