Q: QuestionCan this hold a constant temperature of 125 degrees Fahrenheit consistently? Can I leave it on at that temperature? Is it energy efficient?

• A:Answer Thank you for your question. The slow cooker does not work like an oven, as it slowly rises in temperature to cook over a longer period of time. The temperatures for each setting are High: 200-225°F Low: 180-200°F Keep Warm: 165°F.

• A:Answer No, but I have a GE that is 30+ years old that does. Still works fine, but looks 30 years old. I have been looking for a slow cooker with retractable cord for years.
