Yes, you can print on both sides of each sheet of this paper to save a lot of paper and trees.

Never needed to print on both sides

This paper is heavy enough so back to back printing doesn't show through.

It depends on how heavy the ink or printed contents are on the other side. I will say it is pretty flimsy and not great for 2-sided printing.
