Will this mount to a 12 gauge shotgun? null

The Handlebar Mount will fit 0.35" to 1.4" (9 to 35mm) diameter tubes. You might also take a look at the GoPro Sportsman Mount.

If it is a single barrel, yes it will. The larger clamp mount would be a better fit though. On this one, any tube over about 1” outside diameter, will require the removal of the rubber inserts. But I have used it on my 1 1/4” motorcycle handle bars without the rubber.
