We do offer at-home services of this nature, at an additional fee. However, visiting your local Geek Squad may be a better bet in getting this fixed as promptly as possible. As a side note, the stores may not carry the cooler you need or are looking for but they can point you in the right direction to obtaining one and subsequently having it installed in-store.
