• yes, you can make them a left and right pair speaker. However, you cannot stream to them in separate rooms and get identical sound. They will only work as left and right. I bought two and was disappointed in this.

• There is no given wattage rating, though they get plenty loud. You can easily set them up as a stereo pair using the Google Home app.
