Will this connect and work with a Samsung smart TV? null

It works with any box that provides Bluetooth. I have newer DISH network equipment with Bluetooth, a Samsung tablet, a Samsung phone and a HP Laptop computer all with Bluetooth. You just have to go to your settings and see if there are Bluetooth options.

No why sound you want to it's too small and only last 5 hrs. And is not in stereo!

Yes, if it has Bluetooth connitivity

If it has the ability to connect audio with standard 3.5mm audio cable, no problem. However, you will need to check the Samsung docs for bluetooth audio connections - return it, if that does not work I guess.
