• I believe in the prepare for their arrival video, you have to uninstall what you want hauled away since they aren't installing the new appliance. There are videos to prepare you for their arrival.

• My delivery did disconnect and pull oven from the wall. However, some houses wire directly, and you might need more assistance if your wiring is not a plug for delivery.
