Choose Enter a Promo Code, enter the code on this card, and choose Redeem. The promo code gives you a 30-day free trial to HBO Max starting from the day you redeem the code. After your 30-day free trial, your card will be automatically charged $14.99/month (plus applicable taxes) by HBO Max. Your subscription will auto-renew each month unless you cancel before the renewal date. 5. Choose Start Your Free Trial. This information should be found in an email you should've received shortly after placing your order. In that same email containing the activation instructions (those listed above) you should also find a unique promo code. Enter this code when asked and you'll be all set!
