Yes you can. Very easy to do. read the instructions.

go to PS and up down until you find a blank P1 thru P10 slot, then enter.

Reset it to factory mode (MENU) OR Make sure you hold the preset + or - button for a good 2 seconds If still not working, take it to a Best Buy near you and have a receipt ready. They shouldn't have a problem looking at it because Best Buy is the only store that sells it through Insignia. Good Luck!
