• I'm going to assume that you have hit the power button to turn it off and it's not working. There really isn't mush that can be done besides that. The 2 options are to let the batteries run down all the way or you can take it to Geeksquad and have them look at it to determine what is wrong with it. If you have had it less than 90 days, it is in warranty and they'll take a look at no charge.

• You have to hold the power button down until the radio shuts off.

• Hold the power button down for a second or 2 until it shuts off. If it does turn itself on again, repeat that step, then after the device is shut off, turn on the "lock" mode. It might turn itself on, but it'll say "release lock switch".

• Your "hold" button may be the problem. Slide it to the "off" position then your buttons will work.
