• No, it only has digital tuners. From SiliconDust website (for the US model): 8-VSB (ATSC over-the-air digital TV) QAM64/256 (unencrypted digital cable TV)

• No - this is a Digital TV device intended for Over the Air Antenna Digital signals however it will work with Clear QAM channels on cable (also digital only) if they still exist in your region
