No. You will need HDHomerun Prime 6 or if you can find and buy it online somewhere, the older version, prime.

Currently, only the HDHomerun Prime 6 models will allow you to do that, unless you can find the older model Prime, for sale online somewhere, https://www.silicondust.com/product/hdhomerun-prime-6/.

While it does work with QAM cable, almost zero cable providers have that, to it primarily only works with Over the Air TV.
