• We do not yet have WebOS app - but it is in the process. Currently you will need a compatible device connected to that LG TV https://www.silicondust.com/dvr-service/#devices

• Yes, it will. I was surprised that it actually did work on my new 55" LG C9 OLED. Unfortunately,while you can select channels through the TV interface, there's no program guide without setting up something like an Emby server and running the Emby client on the TV.

• I don't have WebIOS, but the best way to check is through LG's website and see if HDHomeruns app is listed. If not the only other way is to sideload an interface like Kodi (if that's possible to sideload software).

• The silicondust.com website list software and hardware compatibility. Not sure about LG but has app for my Sony Android tv. Samsung is no longer supported but the new fire tv is
