Me too! Hisense is giving me the stupid runaround. Do this, do that, take a picture of the sticker on THE BACK OF A MOUNTED 100 inch tv, Take an MP4 (yes, they specify) video of the problem. Reset it. They are such a nightmare to deal with. The only fix is temporary and it is when you reset the tv by pulling the power cable out for a minute before putting it back in. Works great for a day or two and then it’s crap again. I am most likely going to return it to Best Buy rather than deal with Hisense. They OBVIOUSLY know there is an issue but are just hiding behind all of their stupid hoops.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm having same issue with my sound bar And along with that it will switch to the tv speakers on its own. so in my opinion, there is a defect with the TV itself Especially with the 2.1 HDMI inputs having an issue communicating to the receiver or soundbar !! Hooked my soundbar to a different tv and there is no issue. So it must be a defect in the tv itself
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had similar issue, and changed audio to pass through on tv’s audio settings
