QuestionNew TV, got today, worked for my son who played PlayStation. However after he turned it off using remote (normal), now no longer turns on, but the standby light is on, and the remote’s light shows. It’s also on the wall, no access to back :(( any help?

QuestionIf this is used as a digital signage board is it bright enough to be seen in broad daylight? Is there a way to program the TV to automatically dim at nighttime or is it able to sense darkness and lower the nits below 300nits at nighttime?

Motion Enhancement (image interpolation) doubles the motion rate to 480 Hz by creating new frames and inserting them in-between frames, which can alleviate motion blur. QuestionCan the 2 stands be mounted easily by pulling off the Styrofoam on each side to screw them in? Looks like the reminding Styrofoam would hold up the TV Where can I get a copy of the yellow instructions regarding mount the stands that were included in box?

QuestionWe would like this tv for our conf rm. Will this display the full image from our laptops or will some of the image be cut off?

- Answer Make sure to plug in via HDMI and "duplicate" screen in display settings. It will show entire screen. Same as if you wanted to stream a movie from the laptop. Also depending on the tech, you can screen cast.
