The tv and the soundbar should be in a ready-to-pair mode.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My HDMI and AUX didn't work. Had to use bluetooth. Had problems when I tried to connect my third device, my headphones. After I made sure no other device was connected and using the soundbar, the problem was resolved. Hope this helps.
