• I found no "motion smoothness" control on this TV. I will say that the native picture out of the box on this unit is very good. I see very little of the motion artifacts that such algorithms are intended to address. I doubt you would be disappointed with the picture of this TV (especially for the price ... which is amazingly low)

• Yes, it is located in picture settings under advanced video. It is the refresh rate. Change it to low or off and it will turn off motion smoothness
