Yes, it has high dynamic range technology. Rare for this price range of these 4K tv's. But Hisense has it and it is GREAT.

Yes it does. Will it look the same as HDR content on a premium 4K TV with peek brightness? No,but it will process the the metadata on a HDR BluRay and will have a great picture. You have to compare able to apples.

The television will display full HDR videos.
