Top of remote to the back push down
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You need to push downward right on the small arrow on the back. Push with your thumb(s) in the direction of the arrow which is pointing to the bottom of the remote. I learned this after struggling for an hour pushing on the top part. A rep from Hisense gave me the correct advice.
