I called customer service now 4 times, they said a product specialist would call me back, but they do not. I emailed 3 times and no one replied.... Your customer service is horrible I wish I never bought from Hisense. Again - I am not asking for the customer service number or email I have that - I just want the manual. can I just provide a link for the complete detailed user and programming guide for this tv model?
