• No the SmartTV OS is Opera based. You will need to use and alternate device such as AmazonTV.

• I am not entirely sure. I have not checked to see if their smart system has a downloader application available for download. I have an amazon fire tv of which I have kodi installed. I think amazon is the only open source player of which you can install kodi, Although I could be wrong. Hope that somewhat helps
