• You can use slower Internet. However, the recommended download speed for streaming 4K videos is 12-15 mbps.

• We just recently downgraded our internet to 4 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload. This speed seems to work for us. NOTE: WE DO NOT STREAM NETFLIX or any other streaming service but it works for youtube and other apps.

• Our internet is 25Mpbs at the router which is quite a distance from the TV and streaming Amazon works well.

• I'm sure you can but it's all relative. You may experience buffering with slow internet though. I'd recommend a minimum of 25 mbps down from your isp, plus a decent ac wireless router -unless you wire directly to the tv. Good luck! The tv and its ac wireless does quite well with high speed internet.
