Can i use a HDMI cable 1.4 on this tv? null

This type cable is good for non 4K content (i.e, 1080p blue ray and cable box hdmi outputs) this would need to be plugged into the HDMI 1 or 2 on the back. However, if you have a 4k Blue Ray player you need a HDMI cable 2.2 to plug into either the HDMI 3 or 4 slot.

Yes you can. Ports 1-2 (side of TV) are HDMI MHL&ARC and ports 3-4 (back of TV) are HDMI 2.0 and are backwards compatible.
