Dee, First try a capable HDMI cable, some do not support 4k HDR. Second, your settings may not have HDR input enabled. Lastly, please try a different input. The controls for some things are on the back of the Hisense. If you know 4k entertainment you know whether your streaming in 4k. I like the TV more than the Samsung 4k I bought about 9 ot ten months ago. Don't be surprised by the excellent TV. Price is not a major price with the manufacturer and don't be surprised when the company raises there prices since there relatively new to the United States. Enjoy and love it. Read your manual. That's why they make them.
