No, i have seen a YouTube video where someone was reporting this issue. However I have not seen it on my set.

Please try again later.I have same problem I have gone through 3 different TV's from 2 different bestbuys all do the same thing.using my Xbox one x in hdr anything light or light colored flickers bad Madden 20 in the menus or just adjusting the roster the tv goes crazy and flickers like someone is turning the backlight on and off. This is with hdr gamemode all extras turned off. When viewing 4k uhd blurays in hdr theater mode any light colored background or sky the tv starts going crazy. It's funny if the image includes say a person in the scene with the light image the person looks perfect no image issues but the background flickers in and out. Tv looks great doesn't do it except in hdr10 mode. I contacted Hisense sent them a video showing it in action like they asked me 2 and I have not received a response in a week
