“How do I keep the tv from freezing so often? I bought it only about two months ago but every time I power it on it lags for a while and then freezes. The only way to combat it is to unplug and plug in the tv every time”

• Yes,turn the wi-fi off,because the Android system on this TV is not that good and get a Roku, fire stick or Apple tv,once you turn wi-fi off it will stop freezing

• I bought a Hisense several months ago, and had no problem with it. Talk to Best Buy and maybe contact Hisense. Sounds like it may be defective. Hope this helps.
