I don't know about a keyboard, but a Logitech wireless mouse works. Note: some applications such as Kodi respond well to the mouse, but others like Netflix do not - you have to use the Hisense remote. Not all functions can be selected using the mouse and there are some functions which you can only do using the mouse - a "right click" for example will bring up a pop-up menu on Kodi - you can't get to pop-up menus in Kodi using the remote. You also can't use the mouse to enter text from the virtual keyboard displayed on the screen. You have to use the remote. In summary, yes the mouse works, but only for some things. The Hisense TV software is poorly written with arbitrary limitations.
