I emailed them when I was having an issue disabling the tv speakers because I wanted to use my sound bar with sub woofer instead. I was having an issue with the tv settings. They did respond to me in about a day and my issue was resolved.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.NO!! I have been waiting for two weeks for any response from customer support. Their customer support is a JOKE! I call and they say they will send email in 24 to 48 hours. when did 24 to 48 hours turn into 1 to 2 weeks????
