“I just got this TV and I'd like to connect my RCA sound bar to it. It doesn't have HDMI hookups but AV Cables. I plugged the red and white cables to the back of the TV in the red and white ports and get no sound. What am I doing wrong?”

You need to go into your TV settings & choose output to TV. Then check your advance settings & make sure it's set to PCM.
