Can this TV be used on an outside screened in porch? null

Hello Hisense Customer, Thank you for your interest in the Hisense 55H9G. Yes you can place this on a porch. Even if it is well placed out of direct rain, a regular TV should not be used outdoors unless it is properly protected with some type of specific built-to-last outdoor TV enclosure. This television has Backlight Type Source of Full Array which is great in a lighted room. However, please bear in mind that Act of God is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty and the television need to be in dry covered area.
