This TV supports HDR10 through HDMI #3 and #4. Both ATT Uverse box and Fire TV do not support HDR. Roku Ultra, Roku Premier+, and Google Chromecast Ultra support HDR.

I don't believe the Fire Stick (or even the Fire TV) is capable of passing HDR content. Standard network TV is not broadcast in HDR. I know nothing about the ATT Uverse service so can't help with that. And I believe that only HDMI ports 3 & 4 can display HDR content although I haven't been able to confirm that.

Content Includes 4K BluRay Providers that support HDR this includes: premium Netflix (4 streams + 4K only) the standard one or 2 does not support 4K Amazon Prime Video (you have to look for the specific UHD titles on Amazon though, they dont make it easy but this is not the TVs fault) Eventually Vudu will support HDR on this device, but as of this review (3/7/18) it does not support HDR, only 4K UHD Gaming: XBOX 1 X is the only one that has 4K gaming with HDR PS4 Pro "sorta" does HDR 4K gaming, but im not going into that at this time.

You can connect your ATT box or Fire Stick but I do not think you will get a better resolution if you'd just use ports 1 and 2 which are great for 1080p.
