• Well, it fit in the back seat of my truck. Box is not a lot larger than TV....no worse than any other as far as packing to keep it safe

• i really don't know cause i had geek squad deliver it and set up my wifi and the remote and got all the smart apps working with my router for $99. I never spent money any better than that. I recommend geek squad very highly!!
