“Is the native refresh rate for this TV actually 144Hz? When I look up this TV on a different retailer's website it shows the native refresh rate to only be 60Hz. This is an important detail to get accurate. I don't want a 60Hz refresh rate. Thanks”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It can be AS HIGH AS 144Hz, but it is completely dependent on the input. Most often, the refresh rate will hit this threshold when the TV is used as a monitor for a PC with a gaming GPU.
