I have mine 6 weeks. There was a firmware update, and a software update 2 weeks ago.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As of the first week of August, Hisense's site now shows "where to buy" instead of "coming soon" now. As for the unusable or locked features, I believe that Hisense is still working on them. For instance the screen saver only works if you manually select it. I hope they will add it to the Power & Energy section of the System selection so that it would activate when the TV is idle after a certain amount of time.
