A:AnswerGo to menu,right scrowl over to help,enter help then scrowl down to "signal information" and it will take you to you over the air signal strength from your tv antenna.This has nothing to do with wi fi strength,two separate things.

Hisense TV Problems: "TV Not Supported"
This happens on some NextGen TV Channels.
The Fix: Clear the Cached Data.
Goto the Gear->System->Storage->Cached Data
(It is a Green Square)
Then proceed and clear the Cached Data (19 MB)
Back up one by using the left arrow <- on the
remote and enter "Storage Read & Write Protection"
and turn it On.
Return to the TV channels and find the NextGen
channels that gave you problems. They should
all work now!
