Yes there is a 20 page English Quick setup guide. which came in the box. I t could have be thrown out with the box by mistake. I still had problems with the apps after setup. Customer service at Hisense. worked with me for over an hour on the phone and resolved the issue. You might want to try them at 888 935 8880 for a setup guide..

What I find comical, as there is NO User Manual in the box, a warning on the User Manual reads, " Before using this TV, please read this manual thoroughly." TV was delivered Dec 30. Hisense, emailed me the manual on Jan 10.
