TV screen has a dark blur/smudge spot that is visible when screen is displaying light colors. We tried wiping with a microfiber cloth but it appears to be behind the screen and will not come off. Is this a defect or is there a way to clean it? null

Late answer but that is a defect. My screen has nothing like that.
