“I can’t get prime to work. All my other services netflix, hbomax and hulu all have no problem. I’ve reset the tv. My internet is strong. I reset the app, tried it without and with google tv. If it doesn’t get fixed I’ll need to return it. Any ideas?”

Have you tried sending it from your phone with Chromecast? I've never had any problems with the native Prime app myself.
