I called Hisense today with the same question and talked to a technical support rep for TVs. He looked it up and said it is 120Hz refresh rate. So, I assume anything streamed directly from Android TV is going to run at 120 and HDMI will have to be 60 and upscaled. Hisense #: 1-888-935-8880
