• It actually comes with KODI and the Google Play store pre-installed. I haven't used KODI or installed any games and would be more comfortable using it on a cheaper plug-in device instead of a television that costs this much and has such limited memory. That said, it is there.

• Kodi was already installed on it so yes its available. And sorry I dont know what emulators are.
