“WISA setup and or sound alternatives, does this TV have the WISA built in to it already or does it need an adapter? If not, how do i connect the tv to the WISA speakers? Also any recomendations on a sound bar to work with this tv?”

Hello kegsworth, thank you for your interest in the Hisense 75U7G. Unfortunately, this TV does not support WiSA. You are able to connect a sound bar to this TV using Bluetooth, HDMI-eARC, optical and auxiliary connections.
