“Does this TV mount well? I noticed there are handles on the back of the TV and I am wondering if that prevents the TV from mounting flush to the wall or mounting at all? I am considering this for a theater movie room vs a projector.”

It can be flush mounted but like many larger TVs, this will make it very difficult to access your I/O ports. Plug those in first if possible, then mount.
