• The 2025 QD7 is a much better TV overall than the 2024 model. It most notably adds mini LED backlighting for far better contrast. On 75" and larger it also jumps to 144hz and gains 2 HDMI 2.1 ports. Even the lesser 65" 2025 model destroyed the 2024 model on overall rating by Rtings 6.8 to 5.7, the gap would likely be bigger if they instead tested a 75 or larger like this 85.
